Vizzitec Solutions has developed a unique process for the recruitment. The minimum qualification requirement for the recruitment process is defined for various activities and it is followed.

Before inducting any new recruit into the development one has to follow the induction process to know the process in place at Vizzitec . Psychometric analysis with the help of consultants is carried out to evaluate the individual and this follows extensive technical examination by the way of discussion, interviews to caliber the candidate for the suitability.

Vizzitec has set a liberal learning and innovative working environment and the same is maintained to the international standard. The work force at Vizzitec is enriched with knowledge and an industrial standard pay package.
