For the IT solution we follow the SDLC with more common water fall model for single delivery at end of project or follow an Iterative development process with incremental delivery more analogous to spiral model for a multiple delivery model.
We follow optimal documentation practices covering requirement analysis, architectural design (AD), and detailed design (DD), test cases and test reports to ensure customer satisfaction to the core. The deliverables like user manual, maintenance manuals, installation manual, test reports and metrics of the project makes the end user life easy in the maintenance phase.
